400gpeanut butterpre fab or homemade
200mlsoja milkor coconut milk
2table spoons ketjap Manissweet soya sauce
½red onion
1green spicy pepper
2cmginger chopped
2clovesof garlic
1tea spoon saltif you use peanut butter without salt
Instructies
Chop the onion, spicy pepper, ginger and mash the garlic. Get a sauce pan and add the onion, garlic, spicy pepper and the ginger all together. Stir for about 3 minutes. Add the peanut butter and soya milk.
Mix all the ingredients until you get a thick substance. Now you add as well the Ketjap Manis. If you think the sauce is too thick, pour a little bit more of soja milk or water/coconut milk what you prefer.
At the end you add the salt to taste
Mix it again and serve directly with bread. Good with french fries, patatos from the oven or with hamburgers.
